2. Why we process data

We operate the photo download shop at fbxl.eu/photos. We process personal data only to the extent necessary for the shop, orders and, where applicable, a one-time photo notification.

3. Data we process

• Photo code and photos: The photo code grants access to the gallery. Previews are shown in the shop. Originals are available for download after purchase.
• Order: First name, last name, email address and address (street, postcode, city, country) for the contract, invoice and download email.
• Payment: Payment is processed via PayPal. PayPal receives the data required for payment. PayPal's privacy policy applies.
• One-time photo notification: If photos for a code are still being processed and you request a notification, we store your email address, the photo code provided and the processing status. The email address is used only once for this notification and is deleted afterwards.
• Technical: The shop requires a session cookie (cart, language, login). There is no tracking for advertising purposes.

5. Retention

Images for a photo code are not stored indefinitely and are currently deleted after 13 months. If storage runs low, older codes that are not in an active download window may be removed earlier.

Purchased downloads are available for 30 days from payment; access then expires.

We retain order and invoice data for as long as tax and commercial law requires.

We keep the one-time photo notification only while it is open. Once the notification has been sent, we delete the entry including the email address.

6. Recipients

Shop hosting with our provider in Germany. Payment via PayPal. No disclosure for advertising purposes.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection where provided by law. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
